trailheads (2000-2100)
The folio for the current century is Trailheads.
Members may send poems to any archivist. Due to the erosion of Western standards, and the current American hysteria, along with the unfortunate events of the 2020 River of No Return council, the elders have deemed it appropriate to temporarily require US American members have a mentor approve all poems before submitting to the folio.
Non-members are welcome to contribute. Submissions may be sent to desertdrift@gmail.com. Each submission must be accompanied with a photo of the trailhead marking the entry to the wilderness/natural area where the poem was inspired and/or written. Brevity is admired and fragments are acceptable. Please note:
Poems will not be attributed.
Poems may or may not be included in flash scrolls, decade folios, the half-century folio, or the century folio.
Archivists will retain any relevant/interesting biographical information for submitted poems as potential application material and a record for future members. Academic credentials, previous publications, and social media accounts are not relevant/interesting.
